GPS2Success is a multifaceted success coaching business located in Dayton, Ohio. This enterprise was started by William and Diana Peterson. We offer a wide range of services including business and group home start up support, administrative support services, non profit business start up, compliance and administration.
We are a faith-based company that also provides support for Bible Study, Journaling, Planning, Training events, and Mentoring programs that are designed to help individuals and organizations achieve success in various aspects of their personal and professional lives. Our dedicated team is committed to providing valuable services to our clients, supporting personal and professional growth through study, reflection, organization, education, and guidance. Following biblical principles, GPS2Success stands out as a unique and special coaching business. Additionally, we have a unique feature of group meetings in streamed video online and plans events, classes, and courses, and brings in motivational teachers and preachers.

William Peterson II, M.Ed.
Co-Founder and Principal Coach
William Peterson II, is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Business Administration and Management where he played football for the Flyers. He was instrumental in their 1991 NCAA National Championship and 1992 second place finish.
He holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on organization improvement and expansion. He is a business consultant and senior executive with over 20 years of experience in new business start up, charter school and group home administration, business marketing, strategic planning, public speaking, life coaching and working with small start up companies. Mr. Peterson is a Chemical Dependency Clinical Assistant and is a certified trainer for the Social Resilience Model (SRM).
Mr. Peterson has extensive experience in organizational improvement and business start up. He has been a key member in starting 4 group homes in Ohio, 4 charter schools in Ohio and 2 schools in Michigan as well as 5 federal 501 (c) 3 non profit organizations. Mr. Peterson has held positions as CEO of 4 schools with an annual operating budget of over $4 million.
He currently serves as Chief Operations Officer of A Loving Heart Youth Services, Inc. (ALH). ALH provides group home care for boys ages 10-18, independent living services for young adults 18-24, sober living services for men who are overcoming addiction, and mental health services for youth and adults. William serves as Minister of outreach and church programming and sits on the board of Dominion Ministries International. He is an active member of the Five Oaks Neighborhood Improvement Association. He is the husband of Diana Peterson (30 + years) and father of two adult children, Catherine (31yrs) and William III (27yrs). He believes that GOD has created everyone with Purpose and that Purpose is designed to help others. When asked what his Purpose is, Mr. Peterson replied, "To help others."

Early Life and Education Diana L. Peterson was born and raised in South Bend, IN where education was highly valued. From a young age, she exhibited a passion for learning and helping others. This drive led her to pursue a career in education and educational leadership.
Peterson attended Central State University and earned her Master's degree in Educational Leadership. She was actively involved in various educational initiatives and programs during her undergraduate years, demonstrating a strong commitment to teaching and community service.
Professional Career After earning her Bachelor’s degree, Peterson began her education career in a public charter elementary school. Her innovative administrative and leadership methods and dedication to her students and teaching staff quickly earned her recognition within the educational community. She was known for her ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, fostering both academic and personal growth among her students.
Eager to further her impact in the field of education, Peterson pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree, specializing in educational leadership and curriculum development and educational leadership. Her advanced studies equipped her with the skills and knowledge to take on more significant roles within the educational system.
Upon completing her M.Ed, Peterson transitioned into educational administration. She served as an Chief Operations Officer of the Colin Powell Leadership Academy and later as a principal at various schools. In these roles, she focused on improving educational outcomes, implementing innovative teaching strategies, and promoting professional development for teachers. Her leadership was instrumental in driving school improvement and enhancing the educational experiences of countless students.
Contributions and Achievements Throughout her career, Diana L. Peterson has been a strong advocate for educational reform and equity. She has been involved in numerous initiatives aimed at closing the achievement gap and ensuring that all students have access to quality education. Personal Life Outside of her professional life, Diana L. Peterson is a dedicated wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and volunteering in her local community. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, and participating in educational outreach programs.
